It is rumored that Hank Johnson, who was last seen facing incredible danger at a supposed #13MAGNUS stronghold in an episode, will appear at the Cross Faction Meetup. After the release of the video online, Investigators were concerned that Hank Johnson may have been injured or captured. This makes the rumors of his appearance all the more mysterious.

We are proud to have set another world record for Singapore and the Resistance.

As part of an international operation called Unight8, the Singapore Resistance contributed a record breaking 1426 concurrently standing level eight portals in a single city.

Agent 0dysseus led the 12 and a half hour operation which commenced at midnight on Nov 16.

Resistance Agents from all over the world also concurrently made a global total of more than 21 thousand Level 8 portals, and made control fields which captured a massive 1.29 billion Mind Units. This global operation showed how people from different nations can work together to do great things.

We would like to thank our agents for their hard work and dedication in being part of this global effort. The Singapore Resistance will always support our friends from around the world.

Operation Nightstalker Singapore, Nov 16th 0001-1230hrs

As part of operation #Unight8 , 7 teams totalling 72 Resistance agents under the lead of agent 0dysseus created 1426 concurrently standing L8 portals in an operation lasting 12 hours.

We believe that this is the new world record for concurrently standing L8 portals in a city (previously held by Hong Kong Resistance’s 1351 L8 portals).

In Gothenburg there has been a local X-Faction event today (even though preparations have been ongoing for over a week). We set out to build 25 layers of fields, with different color for each layer. A completely new experience with cooperation between the factions, both at the HQ, and in each operative field team. Very fun. Tomorrow the normal war is on again, though. A SITREP will come in a few days.

MEAGACTION im Süden Europas!

Wichtige Teile von Roland Jarvis werden gerade versucht Weltweit über Links transportiert zu werden. Heftige Materialschlachten finden deshalb statt.

Zur gleichen Zeit treffen fast alle Agenten Vorbereitungen für das anstehende #13Magnus Event in Wien, Graz und Bratislava.

Das konnte aber einige Agenten der #Resistance nicht davon abhalten ein riesen Feld zu Planen bzw. es auch umzusetzen.

Google’s kleine Glocke am rechten oberen Rand bimmelte wie wild, Hangouts gingen über!

!!!DIE MACHEN EIN FELD ÜBER GANZ SÜDEUROPA!!! war überall zu lesen…

Jaja, dachte ich mir und machte mal gemütlich die Intel Map ( #iitc ) auf. Original Intel Map nicht brauchbar sorry! Das Bild das ich dann gesehen habe ist der Screenshot von diesem Beitrag. Ich schaltete gerade in dem Moment zu als der zweite Link gezogen wurde.

ALLE HEBEL IN BEWEGUNG SETZTEN!!! 1800km das wird weit!!!

Ab diesem Moment an war es Spannung pur!!! Über Stunden wurde geburstert, Sperrlinks gezogen Verfolgungsjagden haben sich geboten und Spaß ohne Ende!!! Einige Enlightened Agenten führen zig Kilometer, jeder wollte etwas dazu beitragen das dieses Feld nicht Zustande kommt!

DER SPANNENDSTE KRIMI SEIT ICH INGRESS SPIELE!

Treibende Kraft dieser Aktion der #Resistance war Agent Martin P.A.. Das sind zu mindestens die ersten Informationen. Es war ein genialer Plan der uns über Stunden immer wieder kurz den Atem stocken ließ.

Auch wenn es kein Feld wurde finde ich die Leistung genial. Bei #Ingress liegt oft nicht viel zwischen Gelingen oder …

In den TOS steht das es nicht erlaubt ist Portalbilder aus anderen Quellen zu importieren. Ein beliebtes Medium war bis jetzt Panoramio.

Agenten wählten ihren lieblings Ort aus und verwendeten Bilder von dort um Portale einzureichen (mich eingeschlossen).

DAS IST NICHT ERLAUBT!

Bitte verwendet in Zukunft nur mehr Fotos die ihr auch wirklich selber geschossen habt. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit das solche Portale genommen werden sind wesentlich höher.

Des weiteren sollte sich jeder Agent bewusst sein das sein Name am Portalbild hinterlegt ist.

Seeing so many of our fellow agents create such wonderful works of #fieldart, a bunch of lady agents decided to get themselves organized and create their own design. Thank you agent magnesium02 for initiating the idea! Soon the operation was code-named CDM – „colour doesn’t matter“ and interfaction planning and work on the project began. As we were an all girls group, we decided on adding a feminine touch to our work of art (design by agent creepz). After meticulous link-planning by agent cleangirl and key farming by agents cleangirl, debreziner und leyana we started operation CDM at Austria’s most popular tourist attraction – the famous Schönbrunn palace and surrounding gardens. The weather definitely was on our side… after heavy snowfall in the West of Austria and rain showers over Vienna the day before, we were overjoyed to have a sunny and warm day for our event. Thanks to the efficient and professional interaction of our two teams – each consisting of 4 agents of one faction and one of the opposing faction – the portals were captured and linking went as planned. We encountered a few hurdles as some unforeseen links popped at the borders of the field art zone and a few passing gamers who didn’t know about the event began capturing and linking within the designated area. These „mishaps“ were quickly corrected by the action squad. After 3h the design was clearly visible and we were happy that the operation could be brought to a successful end.

A round of applause to all who helped with operation CDM and greetings to all the lovely ladies who could not make it to the event today!

Special thanks go to our gentlemen behind the scenes – operators skinner33 and snuffi and field agents Kahless and Subversion contacting agents passing through kindly asking them not to interfere.

Reports are coming in that v1.37.2 of the #ingress Scanner has started leaking to 10% of the agent population.

Key Features:

1) Click on Portal titles in the COMM to jump to a remote view of the Portal.

2) Long-press on an agent codename to either:

a) send them a COMM message or

b) view their public agent profile.

3)User setting in OPS->DEVICE to control visibility of your detailed agent stats.

4) Bug fixes.

I received this information from a dead drop a couple hours ago provided by an anonymous source.

If it’s legitimate then it looks like the previous leak about metrics collected in #Ingress by #Niantic were correct. Based on the details provided here, it looks like the preliminary plan is to have agents able to unlock these #achievement #badges inside their scanners based on five levels of activity: bronze, silver, gold, black and platinum.

The areas for the rewards appear to be: Total Successful New Portal Submissions, Total Resonators Deployed, Total Links Created, Total Portals Captured, Total Control Fields Created, Unique Portals Captured, Unique Portals Visited, Total Hacks, Total Resonators Destroyed, and Sustained Portal Ownership.

In addition to the previous leak about metrics collected this should certainly help to revitalize interest, giving us all something to work towards. Who will be the first to get a platinum level badge?
