[INGRESS] Mission Codename: Super8
Some time ago, in Santiago, Chile, a longing was taking shape, the idea was to make the first level 8 farm in our country even in our neighbours countries Argentina and Brazil. This great task was held on April 8, at 8:00 PM, where our top level 8 players ( #Tranoso, #Mikel , #aikanaro1981 , #Huero , #JohnC , #Marcas , #Azhagthott and #FuriousWagyu ) came together to reach this goal.
„Operation: Super 8“ is the name of the mission (also is the name of a Chilean Candy), which is achieved by forming a level 8 farm with 23 portals in total, all in the sector called El Golf in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
Everything starts at 19:30 p.m. where some agents performs some attacks in other areas to distract resistance in adjacent places from the operation point (not counting the previous day, where 6 of these agents gather to create a level 7 farm in the neighborhood called Republic, with 10 portals, as another distraction). We meet all in the operation start point at 20:10 PM, and began to create the first level 8 portal. At 22:30 there were already a total of 23 portals lvl 8, which were completely burned out by the agents that participate in the “Super 8” operation.
In this task we found a noob agent #LunAzul , which performed all Field Control that could be done in the area, and she leveled up to lvl 3.
Several Enlightened agents carefully followed the operation in the Intel comm, watching the movements of resistance to alert agents that created the farm lvl 8. These same agents helped documenting the operation thanks to strong coordination and teamwork of the entire faction in our country Chile.
Towards the end of the feat, a level 8 Resistance agent called #jmeison appeared, but he was there only to greet and congratulate us for our achievement (and also he was there to farm good items from our portals 🙂 ).
We want to thanks to all the staff of the Enlightened community of #Ingress Chile, because without their help, the task of creating the first South American level 8 farm could not have been performed as successfully as it was.
