Since #ingress   shield upgrade.We heard a lot of story about 1% Damage ,indestructible portal.NIA is gone insane?

How about the story of attacking team on portal with new shield?

  New shield is VERY strong.But believe me it NOT too strong.

We try to attack Portal 8 with full link and shield with 7 People. It is a farm of lv7 -lv8 portal,so We start with 1 ADA on the most link portal.Other portal still has full link,shield .All of A8 (7 People) attack the portal the left (6-7 portals). It’s all down just like nothing ,just don’t care about 1% damage ,Just keep attacking! All P7-8 has been destroyed before everyone notice.

This is show that NIA isn’t go insane. They go in to the right path that everyone asking for.Remote Recharge is now VERY useful and the great way to defense portal!One solo player can’t do much on full protected portal.For me game is more fun!

The only thing I want NIA to adjust is shield shouldn’t defense low level Portal too much.Shiled should scale with Portal Level!
